Fillet of Beef

The finest and most tender cut off beef, with a delicate flavour, as the least worked mussel in the body it is so tender that it melts in the mouth. Serve as fillet steak (200g)or a whole fillet cooked in a Wellington. Prized for it scarcity a whole cow produces less than 3KG.

As all of our steaks are hand cut, and could while we endeavor to always overcut there may be a 5% margin of error either way.
