Crispy Cauliflower Wings.

Inspired by Bosh this is Spence Halls easy take on this super tasty snack.

Includes 1 Cauliflower, 1 pack of Gran Luchito; Garlic and Guajillo Fajita mix and Panko Breadcrumbs. 

(not included flour and milk and condiments)

Preheat to 180 degrees.

Mix 150g of plain flour with 300ml plant based milk and a spoon of the Fajita mix. Whisk  

In a separate bowl add half the panko breadcrumbs and a table spoon of the Fajita seasoning. Mix well breaking the breadcrumbs into smaller pieces. 

Break the cauliflower into wingsize pieces. coat with the batter mix then the breadcrumb mix. 

Place on a tray lined with tinfoil and bake for 20 mins, till the outside is golden and the inside is just starting to soften.

Enjoy with your favorite sauce, they go great with sriracha mayo.

A large cauliflower will make two good trays and you will have spice mix and breadcrumbs to spare.
